Distance: 42.195 km. certificated for the Catalan Federation of Athletics.
Runner’s fair: To pick up the gifts, numbers and chips, Friday and Saturday before the race.
Gifts: Tshirt of technical woven for everybody and Glasses Runner
Start: at 9:00 hours of the morning.
Limit time: 6 hours for marathon.
Start and finish: In the Canal Olímpic of Castelldefels facilities.
Signposting: Will be each km signposted and the point of the half a marathon.
Provisioning: liquids each 5 km and solid each 15 km.
W.C.: In each point of provisioning.
Sponges: Each 2,5 km from km 25.
Medical service: A numerous medical service will be made for the physical integrity of the participants responsible. The itinerary has medical services and massage in each point of provisioning, and UVI at the arrival.
Timing and classifications: The yellow chip by Champion-Chip will be used. The runners that do not have chip will have to pay 3 € of supplement to the inscription and will give them one.
